Add Global Groups to Universal Groups cross Forest (SOLVED)
we have the Local London domain which we are authoritive for and a remote NY domain, the domains are in separate forests and there is external trusts running both ways between the two domains.

We have set up a universal group set up in the London domain which we need to add a NY global group as a member to.

When I try to do this in the Members tab there is no options to add a group from the remote domain, but if I go to the member of tab I do have the option to access groups in the remote domain. We have been able to do this in the past the other way round with London Global being added to NY Universals.

Anyone have any ides what might be causing this, I am stumped.

This one turned out to be my bad, had a bit of a derp moment. The group on the London end should have been a domain local not Universal, this is now all working.
