Deduplication and file modification reports?

I have a customer who has asked us to do some reports for them on the files contained on their main storage server.

What they want are 2 reports:

1) Report to show all files that have not been used in the last 2 years

2) A report to show all duplicated files on their server.

Do any of you know any good software for this that provides either CSV export or nicely formatted reports?

I don't have any suggestions, but would be very interested in any ideas for this one

Unfortunately, I've moved away from everything Microsoft, but this article / guide may be of some use? Reports can be exported as several formats.

Superb Jimmy I honestly never knew about this I had actually seen this in server 2008 but only last week for the first time and had not had much chance to play with it at all.
