Lost Planet 2 screen error! URGENT
Hi.

My new Lost Planet 2 dont want to work.
I start GFWL, log in. Then start the game. I see the Nvidia, intel etc etc logos. Then I see the menu clearly. "Start, Benchmark Test, PC Settings, Exit"

If I click any of them I get a black screen... and I cant go back, if I press ALT+F4 it will ask "Do you want to quit the game? YES/NO"

So I dont know what is the problem.... it works smoothly, I mean the mouse is not slow either anything....

I have ATI Radeon HD 4650 which is more then enough to run the game. Can anyone help?

Maybe the driver old? But I dont know how to upgrade it Confused

EDIT: I install now this:
http://sites.amd.com/us/game/downloads/P...xp-32.aspx
Catalyst Software Suite 42.3MB 10.10 10/22/2010

I hope with this work, still someone answer pls ^^

EDIT2: It dont work ... Sad

RE: Lost Planet 2 screen error! URGENT
Are you on XP or Vista/7?

If you're on XP try running the DirectX9 version from the game folder [Program Files\Capcom\Lost Planet, or where you installed it] (may be in a 'bin' or 'binaries' subfolder).

If you are on Vista or Windows 7, then not sure, will have to research further.

RE: Lost Planet 2 screen error! URGENT
XP cannot use DirectX 10 or 11. Unfortunately I cannot find an online copy of the directory structure to Lost Planet 2, but there will be separate exe files for DirectX 9 and 10. And I would still suggest trying to run the DX9 version (rather than a shortcut on the desktop or where ever).

I found out that Resident Evil 5 players had same problem and they wrote that maybe video card driver old.
