Need help with script/macro

Hello.

I need help to create a script or macro, to instantly:

-swtich between 1 and 2 virtual desktop created by ati CCC
I want an exe of it or add a macro to my gaming keyboard bonus button.

OR

- hide CURRENT user from user list, show XY user in user list and log off
I want an exe of it or add a macro to my gaming keyboard bonus button.


I need them because my family always come and fu*k up everything in my computer when im gone for 5 min ( they have their own comp, but my is the only strong and my sister often want to use it for fbispybook(facebook), without my permission. I dont let her use it only via Virtual PC).
