Netbook running slow

Hi all,

My wife's Acer has been running slow with any internet applications, while all other applications run fine. In addition, when the netbook is connected to the network, all other connected computers run slowly on the internet as well...to the point where simple websites like google will time out (all computers use firefox by the way). I've run scans through Norton Security Suite and Spybot, but there wasn't anything detected. I just ran Hijackthis and here's the log:
