New suggestion
Hey all.. just thought It was a nice idea, but there is a hack for these forums where it will include the thread title aswell as the last user that posted against it (ala vbulletin) .. much easier to click on from the forum index.
Be good if ya got it installed mebe.. as I know a lot of users would open up the main index and then fire off several new tabs on the threads that interest them.. for later viewing :idea

KiD Wrote:Sorry how do you mean exactly? not use vbulletin before! http://forums.downclan.com/ Take a look at the above.. it lists the last posts: The topic (a hot link that you can click on to take you there) and who last posted on it, and when.. Pretty usefull. If you look at your forum index... you do not have the ability to hot link to that post, it merely tells you who posted last http://www.phpbbhacks.com/download/566 <-- check that

Ok so added the mod requested and TADA!!!! no difference in the forum what so ever :/
As Techmonkeys is a heavily modded board, this may have something to do with it, but as far as I can tell the mod was added as per installation instructions and all should be good. Also was looking into the attachments mod and this is not gonna be easy to add , the instructions are about 70 pages long :/ Havent counted it out yet, but may look at an alternative.
