Page redirect

Hi,
I apparently picked up a virus yesterday, 10/16. It intermittently redirects me to a page other than the one I seek. It only occurs when I attempt to jump to another page. Here's an example of one of the pages I got involuntarily redirected to when I attempted to reach this site:
http://www.mydealmatch.com/us/newadv1/se...4876_20612
I picked up the bug when searching Yahoo or Google (can't remember which), and the actual URL differed from the one shown on the search list.
Help for this time consuming and annoying problem would be much appreciated.
