PHP Fourm Mod Error

I installed a mod on my forum

but as you can tell I know get

I followed instruction, but I must of done something wrong .. any idea's ?

are you running a custom skin?

if so, copy the files that say "copy bla bla to /templates/subsilver/" to your custom skin folder

so qbar_qbars.tpl should be in "/templates/YOUR CUSTOM SKIN/"

ah, the mod readme is borked :/

also, you will have to copy the same files to your custom skin

looks nice fluffy. I see the banner on the forum is a little out.

Also why is the forum blue & black and the rest of the site red and black?

Cant figure out how to change it .. bomber showed me how to edit banner .. its some sort or pic size i have to edit somewhere .. any idea ?

will be in a file called "overall_header.tpl" in the template folder.

bugger .. i managed to do that .. and i added a shortcut bar .. didnt work .. so i changed style to subsilver .. now its just a blank screen and I cant log in :'(
