Windows has stopped working

This problem pops out when i right click a folder! I don't know why but it's so sudden. Can someone help me?

Hi

When you get this message stating , just click on details and see the file name mentioned there. If the file name is "mpegsplitter.ax". U just need to delete this file, either by going to win xp or opening command prompt in task manager under file, select new task and type cmd. Because this is file u have installed codecs, could be either k-lite codec or some other. The file will be located in program files, k-lite codec, filters. Just delete this file and restart.
